I hope and pray they start uber in this location because s&g taxi has the worst drivers in america. They are rude only becuase they are the only taxi service in macomb. They do not care about customer service and will speak to you like you are nobody. The drivers act like they are doing you a favor but it is a $10 ride no matter where you go. When i first moved out here i didnt know my way around and i called for a cab she literally took me on a 60 second ride and proudly said $10 dollars. They take advantage of new people in town. The female driver in the morning from about 8am to 1pm is the rudest person i have ever met the most nasty attitude. She refuses to give her name so i can report her to her manager. Dont ride if it is not absolutely necessary.
New owners seem to really care about their riders and focus on customer service. Very personable. Definitely would recommend riding with them.

Their staff were so gentle, patient and accommodating for our residents getting in and out and were always on time...and a phone call away if we needed help. Great job!
